What’s included in each plan?
All plans combine a professional digital presence (CRO audit + landing pages), content (blog + social), paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn and/or TikTok as contracted), marketing automation with Mautic (nurturing sequences + newsletter), and performance reporting. The differences between Essential, Intermediate, Advanced, and Strategic are in delivery volume, number of landing pages, automation depth, and the cadence of strategy calls.
Do you provide SDR or outbound sales?
No. Our delivery is 100% focused on Inbound + Performance (content, SEO, paid media, and Mautic automation) to generate qualified inbound demand.
How do meetings work in each plan?
- Essential: no fixed meetings; ad-hoc alignments via WhatsApp/email as needed.
- Intermediate: bimonthly online meeting for results review and planning.
- Advanced: monthly online meeting focused on performance, funnel, and optimizations.

We install and configure Mautic with tags, segments, forms, pages, automations, webhooks, and the required integrations. The instance can run on your server or on a dedicated instance managed by us, depending on the plan and your preference.
Does Mautic replace a CRM?
Mautic handles marketing automation (capture, nurturing, and lead scoring). If you already use a CRM, we set up the integration (when applicable) so qualified leads arrive organized for your sales team.

What is the recommended ad spend?
Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms and is not included in LuHao’s fee. As a baseline, we typically recommend:

- Advanced: from R$ 2,000/month
- Strategic: from R$ 3,000/month
These numbers may vary depending on your segment, market, and growth targets.
For Google campaigns, you can add YouTube Ads as a complement (additional fee) when it makes sense for top-of-funnel, video, and remarketing.
What are the contract terms?
- Essential: minimum 6-month contract.
- Intermediate: minimum 6-month contract.
- Advanced: minimum 12-month contract.
- Strategic: minimum 12-month contract.
This period is important to consolidate campaign learnings, SEO progress, maturation of nurturing sequences, and improved predictability in lead generation.
Can I start with one plan and upgrade later?
Yes. Many clients start with Essential or Intermediate and evolve to Advanced or Strategic as lead volume grows, the funnel becomes more structured, and growth targets increase.
How does the approval process work for content and campaigns?
We use a centralized approval workflow (e.g., a task management tool). You approve posts, ads, and emails before publishing/sending, depending on the contracted plan.
Who owns the assets and data (website, Mautic, ads)?
You do. Domains, hosting, ad accounts, GA4, and the Mautic instance always belong to the client. We operate as managers and co-admins of those assets.
Do you guarantee a specific number of leads?
We don’t promise a fixed lead volume. We work with data-driven targets and continuous optimization (CRO), aiming to improve cost per lead, conversion rate, and the quality of generated contacts.
How do I track performance?
You receive automated reports and, depending on the plan, periodic meetings to review the data. We track KPIs such as leads, CPL, CTR, conversions, Mautic sequence engagement, and results from Google and Meta campaigns.
How does day-to-day support work?
Support is provided via WhatsApp and email. In the Intermediate, Advanced, and Strategic plans, in addition to these channels, you also have meetings at the defined cadence for adjustments and planning.
